Contra Concerts is committed to providing a covid-safe concert experience for our patrons.

​

As per Queensland Health advice, if you feel unwell or have had contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 you should stay away from public gatherings, otherwise it is safe to attend.

 

If you should become unwell during one of our events, please alert one of our event staff immediately. Contra Concerts have the right to refuse service and must insist that anyone with these symptoms leaves the venue.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

In the event of a concert cancellation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on public performances, or if patrons are displaying COVID-19 symptoms and are unable to attend, Contra Concerts will offer ticket holders a transferal of their ticket to the rescheduled event, transferal of their ticket to an alternative concert in the 2021 series, or refund of their ticket.

 

Please note that all bookings are non refundable with the exception of events postponed or cancelled caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
