In a recital of tranquil dreams, pastoral scenes and fragmented recollections, Debussy’s second sonata and Takemitsu’s homage And then I knew 'twas Wind are performed by the sumptuous combination of flute, viola and harp. The intriguing addition of live electronics in a new work by Tristan Coelho expands the scope of this unique instrumental combination, awakening us from a fantasy dreamscape into a digital reality.

Young soloists Alex Raineri and Jonathan Henderson continue their ongoing collaboration with an exuberant recital of music bursting with inventiveness and imagination. Alongside powerful Australian works by Lisa Cheney and Paul Dean, Beethoven’s Rondo a Capriccio Op.129 unfurls in a boisterous commotion, whilst the Serenade in D Major Op. 41 promises to delight with its joyful disposition.
